Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

These terms are available in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

This version is effective as of October 5, 2026.

14.Severability and general terms

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
