Why we built Cenit P&L Group LLC.

We started Cenit P&L Group LLC in 2026 with one objective: to build and acquire companies that reach their highest point, and stay there.

We are three partners who own the group together. We are not passive investors: each of us takes part directly in the companies the group starts or acquires, in their strategy, their key hires and their numbers.

Our model is simple. Each company keeps its own name, its own team and its own market. What it shares with the others is our ownership, our support and one standard of work: clear accounts, promises kept to customers, and work we would sign with our own name.

We measure ourselves in decades, not quarters. That means choosing markets we can serve for a long time, investing before results show, and saying no to growth that weakens a company. Patience, for us, is a decision, not a delay.
