1.Who we are
This website is operated by Cenit P&L Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we” or “us”). We are responsible for the information described in this policy.
- Business address: 2 S Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 3200‑7360, Miami, FL 33131
- Privacy contact: privacy@cenitplgroup.com
2.Scope
This policy covers cenitplgroup.com and its contact form. Each company of the group has its own website and its own privacy policy, which apply there instead of this one.
The site has no user accounts, sells nothing, takes no payments and shows no advertising.
3.Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form we receive:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company (optional);
- the reason for your message (general inquiry, partnership, press or other);
- your message;
- your confirmation that you agree to this policy, and the language of the page you used.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Technical request data. Like any website, every visit sends our hosting provider, Cloudflare, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type (the user agent), the page requested and the time. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Bot detection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Only when you start using the contact form, the page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent and the site you are on, and issues a one-time token that our server checks when you send the form.
- Anti-abuse counter. When a message is sent, we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address with a counter, to limit each connection to five messages per hour. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, is not linked to your message, and is deleted automatically after one hour.
- Aggregate statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We count page views, visits, referring sites, browser and device types, countries and page-load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does this without cookies or local storage and without following individual visitors over time.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising or social media trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we load no third-party fonts or other third-party content apart from Turnstile on the contact form and the Web Analytics script.
4.How we use it and why
| Use | Information | Why we may do it |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your message | Form fields, or your email | You asked us to, and you agreed to this use when sending the form. |
| Confirm that your message arrived | Your email address | To let you know the form worked. The confirmation is a fixed text and does not repeat what you wrote. |
| Keep the site and form secure; stop spam and abuse | Technical request data, Turnstile signals, the hashed counter | Our legitimate interest in running a safe website. |
| Understand how the site is used, in aggregate | Web Analytics metrics | Our legitimate interest in improving the site, without identifying anyone. |
| Meet legal obligations | Whatever the law requires | When we are legally required to keep or disclose information. |
We do not use your information for marketing lists, advertising or automated decisions about you. Contacting us does not subscribe you to anything.
5.Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the site and our email, for the purposes described above:
| Provider | What it does for us | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. Privacy Policy · Turnstile Privacy Addendum · Cookie Policy | Hosting (Cloudflare Pages), content delivery, network security, the contact form function, the anti-abuse counter (Workers KV), bot detection (Turnstile) and cookie-free statistics (Web Analytics). | Technical request data (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time); Turnstile signals; the hashed IP counter; aggregate page-view metrics. The content of form messages passes through the function but is not stored. |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) Privacy Policy | Delivers the emails generated by the contact form: the message to our inbox and the confirmation to the sender. | Name, email address, company, reason and message (in the email to us); the sender’s email address (in the confirmation). |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) Privacy Policy · Cloud Privacy Notice | Hosts our email. Form messages and direct emails are received, read and answered in our Google Workspace mailboxes. | Everything contained in the emails we receive and send. |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it (for example, a valid court order), to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor if the company is reorganized or sold, in which case this policy would continue to protect it.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
6.Cookies and similar technologies
- We set no cookies of our own and use no tracking cookies.
- One session entry. To play the opening animation of the home page only once per visit, the page stores a single value (
cenit:signature) in your browser’s session storage. It contains nothing about you, is never sent to us, and is erased when you close the tab. - Turnstile works with a one-time token rather than a cookie. We have not enabled its optional “pre-clearance” cookie.
- Cloudflare’s security features may set strictly necessary cookies (such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearance) if they need to assess or challenge suspicious traffic. They are used only for security. See Cloudflare’s Cookie Policy. - Web Analytics uses no cookies and no local storage.
Because nothing on the site is used for advertising or tracking, there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
7.How long we keep it
- Messages. Form submissions are not stored in any database. They arrive as emails in our inbox, where we keep them for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows, and then for up to 24 months after our last exchange, after which we delete them.
- Anti-abuse counter. One hour, then deleted automatically.
- Delivery records and technical logs are kept by Resend and Cloudflare for the periods set in their own policies.
- Statistics are aggregate and do not identify anyone.
8.Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. The form is checked on our server before anything is sent, service credentials are kept out of the code, and access to the mailboxes is limited to the partners and anyone they authorize. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle.
9.International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they or their subcontractors operate. Cloudflare, in particular, serves the site from data centers around the world. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country.
10.Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to privacy@cenitplgroup.com. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you, usually by replying from the same email address. We will answer within 30 days.
You can also choose not to use the form and simply not contact us: the rest of the site works the same.
11.Residents of other jurisdictions
Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to object to certain uses of your information or to complain to a data protection authority. If such a law applies to your information, we will honor the rights it gives you. Write to privacy@cenitplgroup.com and tell us where you are.
12.Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
13.Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across websites and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. The site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends them, and we would treat such a signal as an opt-out if that ever became relevant.
14.Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
This version is effective as of October 5, 2026.
