Three principles. One way of working.
The same three principles guide every decision the group makes, from the first idea for a company to the way it is run years later.
01Principles
What guides us
Long-term
We build for decades, not quarters. That means choosing markets we can serve for a long time, investing before results show, and saying no to growth that weakens the company. Patience is a decision, not a delay.
Ownership
We operate what we create. The partners are involved in each company: in its strategy, its key hires and its numbers. We carry the consequences of our decisions, so we make them with care.
Excellence
Every company in the group answers to the same standard: clear accounts, promises to customers that are kept, and work we would sign with our own name. The standard does not change with the size of the company.
02How we operate
From idea to company
The group follows the same path with every company it starts or acquires.
Build or acquire
We start companies from scratch or acquire established ones where the group can add real value.
Their own brand and team
Each company gets its own brand, its own leadership and its own team, built for its market.
Capital, strategy, operations
The group stays close with capital, strategy and hands-on operational support, for as long as the company needs it.
03Criteria
What we look for
When the group considers starting or acquiring a company, it looks for the following. These are general criteria for partners and founders, not an offer or a call for investment.
- Committed people
- Founders and teams who plan to stay and build, not to exit early.
- Lasting markets
- Real needs that will still exist in ten or twenty years.
- Sound economics
- Businesses that can sustain themselves, with customers who pay for the value they receive.
- Room to help
- Cases where the group’s capital and hands-on support make a clear difference.
- Shared values
- Integrity, clear accounts and respect for customers and partners.
