1.Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read this site and contact us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. The site is designed and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
2.What we have done
- Structure. Semantic HTML with landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer), one main heading per page and headings in order, so screen readers can move around the page.
- Keyboard. Everything works with a keyboard. A “Skip to content” link is the first stop on every page. The mobile menu keeps focus inside while open and closes with Escape.
- Visible focus. The focused element always shows a clear outline (indigo on light backgrounds, yellow on dark ones), and the sticky header never covers it.
- Contrast. Every text and interface color combination the site uses is checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios each time the site is built (26 combinations today); the build fails if one falls short.
- Text and layout. Text is left-aligned, lines are kept to a comfortable length, sizes are set in relative units, and the layout adapts from small phones to large screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion. There is one short opening animation (under 1.2 seconds) and gentle effects on scroll. All of it is turned off if your system asks for reduced motion. Nothing moves, flashes or plays on its own beyond that.
- Language. Each page declares its language, and the English/Spanish switch takes you to the same page in the other language.
- Contact form. Every field has a visible label; optional fields are marked in text; errors are written out next to each field (not shown by color alone), announced to screen readers, and focus moves to the first field that needs attention. Sending, success and failure are announced as well.
- Images. The site uses no photographs. Its graphics are decorative and hidden from assistive technology.
3.How we test
- Automated accessibility audits (Lighthouse and axe) on every page, in both languages.
- Automated keyboard tests that walk each key page from top to bottom and check that every stop is visible and not covered, plus a full keyboard-only run of the contact form.
- Visual review of every page at 360, 768, 1280 and 1920 pixels wide, in both languages.
4.Known limitations
- Spam check on the contact form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party service whose accessibility we do not control, and which requires JavaScript. If it gets in your way, email us directly at contact@cenitplgroup.com.
- Screen reader testing. The site has not yet been tested in full with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver, nor audited by an independent party. Both are planned.
5.Report a barrier
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Write to contact@cenitplgroup.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 10 business days and, if needed, provide the information in another format.
6.Review of this statement
This statement reflects the review carried out on the date shown at the top of the page. We review it whenever the site changes significantly.
